Increase the heart rate a little bit.

If you haven’t already been mucking out or doing yard duties then just spend a couple of minutes doing a brisk walk increasing the intensity as you go by including the arms

Walking Knee Tucks.

Bring your knee up to your chest for a second, step forward with the same leg and repeat on the other side.  Repeat 6-8 times on each side
